Mylan Declares Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend

PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 17, 2002--Mylan Laboratories Inc. (NYSE:MYL) announced today that the regular quarterly cash dividend of four cents per share will be paid on July 15, 2002 to shareholders of record June 30, 2002.
